This is good, solid, RF Sweep generator, and a very flexible one; because the RF-section is a plugin.  You can have a sweep-generator to cover any range you want just by getting a selection of plug-ins.  This generator was working when packed away for our move in 2003.  I can't test it now (no microwave equipment) and I cannot warranty it; but I have no reason to think it doesn't still work fine.
