This one powers-up, but does not display a trace.  It did work in 2002, before it was packed away; so I'd think it's a minor issue like a power-supply cap.  As you can see in the picture, the front-panel is pretty good except for the little engraved '5' and the two dots of yellow down by the BNC's.  Overall it is straight and clean, as the 2nd picture shows.
